Crystals have been used for centuries by many different cultures to gently heal and support our physical, emotional and spiritual state. This session will give you the time and space to identify where you most need support and how crystals can best assist you before experiencing a direct crystal healing session personalised to your needs. We’ll draw to a close with a soothing restorative crystalline sound bath and guided mediation.
