In the chaos of festive season take a moment for yourself. This gentle, soothing session blends gentle yoga movement with sound bathing for deep relaxation that honours the stillness and calm of winter and the traditional meaning of the Winter Solstice. We’ll close our evening together with organic hot chocolate and mince pies.
