MOVEMENT SESSIONS
You were made to move, you need to move. It was your first language, it was how you came into relationship with this world. Through movement we can not only make ourselves physically fitter but we can build a better understanding of who we are and what we need. My own movement journey started with yoga and has expanded out into the many forms that I now love to share. Scroll down to find out where you can join me in experiencing the many benefits of movement medicine.

SHAKE THE DUST
Created by Satu Tuomela, ‘Shake the Dust’ is an unique and transformative HIIT-like practice that combines yoga, pilates, body-weight, cardio and intuitive movement to expand your capacity to be in this world. It can be a cathartic release, a work ‘in’ or just a way to get your whole body moving like nothing else. A banging soundscape that gets right down into your bones supports you to find that freedom in movement and shake it all out.
You can shake with me on retreats and one-off events.
SOMATIC ECSTATIC DANCE
An empowering movement practice for all that favours authentic expression over any kind of performance. Come into conversation with yourself as you’re guided and supported to move as you. No expectations. No judgement. Just let the dance live.
We dance together on retreats and also keep your eyes peeled for upcoming special events!
