COSTS
Early Bird En-suite Twin Room: £650 (£675 after 30.06.2026)
Early Bird En-suite Single Room: £675 (£695 after 30.06.2026)
This cost includes all accommodation, catering whilst at the retreat (vegan/vegetarian), all yoga, all sound healing sessions and extra activities. It does not include travel to the retreat venue.
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking a deposit of £150 per person is required within 7 days. This deposit is used to secure the retreat venue so unfortunately we are unable to refund a deposit once paid. Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer and these details will be provided to you once the booking form has been completed.
BALANCE
Your balance is due by 21 August 2026. A reminder will be sent to the email address you provide on booking. Once paid this balance is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
You can split your payment into three payments between now and 21 August 2026. For example, if you were paying £650, your deposit would be £216 and then you would make two further payments of £217. Your second payment would be due by 14 May 2026 and your final payment would be due by 21 August 2026. Once made, each payment is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately no refunds can be provided if your booking is cancelled on or after 21 August 2026, unless you arrange to transfer your booking (details below). If you need to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible. As stated above, all deposits and payments made as part of an instalment plan are non-refundable.
TRANSFERING A BOOKING
If you need to cancel your booking on or after 21 August 2026 you could consider asking for the booking to be transferred to another person. This person will need to pay before a refund of the balance (minus the non-refundable deposit) can be issued to you, although we will ensure to refund you promptly. Please note that it will ultimately be your responsibility to find someone to fill this space for you however please notify us as soon as possible in the event we are able to fill the space from a waiting list. A booking transfer will only be considered prior to 01 September 2026 as the catering needs to be confirmed at this point.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any difficulties with payment so we hopefully can find a resolution.
