A one-to-one personalised session can help support specific concerns you may have. Depending on your needs each session can be blended with other healing modalities and guidance such as crystal healing, oracle card reading, guided meditations, and somatic yogic sleep.

SERENITY SOUND
A one-to-one sound bathing experience with personalised guided meditation for deep rest and relaxation, aimed at reducing stress and anxiety using crystalline singing bowls, tuning forks and koshi chimes. This is a truly meditative experience to bring calm and balance to the mind, body and spirit. This session can be enhanced an oracle card reading. Prices start at £55 for 60 mins including consultation and aftercare.
ENERGY BOOST
A session to clear, cleanse and re-set your energy giving you a boost of vitality; perfect for when you may be feeling low, fatigued or overwhelmed. An initial session with consultation, assessment and aftercare starts at £65 for 90 mins. A second or third follow-up session may include sonic massage if this is something you feel called to experience. Multiple sessions can be booked at a saving.
HEART BALM
This emotional support session specifically works with our heart centre using sound, meditation, crystals and cacao. This offering can support with heartbreak, grief, a lack of passion for life or a feeling of disconnection. It can also alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety related to the heart or higher heart chakra and assist in lowering blood pressure. Prices start at £75 for a 75 min session including consultation, assessment and aftercare with an option to add in a cacao gift package delivered direct to your home.
SOUL PURPOSE
This session aims to help you connect with your purpose in this life, providing space for contemplation alongside inspiration and divination. Sound and crystals work together to clear any blockages that may be in your path or holding you back from living the life you want to. This session will end with an oracle card reading from a deck of your choosing and there’s also an option to add on an astrological birth chart reading for additional guidance and support. Prices start from £65 for a 60 minute session.
