SUKHITA: YOGA AND SOUND HEALING RETREAT

Join us at our home from home in the Snowdonian mountains for a weekend of breathing space, laughter and sunshine (fingers crossed!). The Sanksrit word ‘Sukhita’ can be translated as ‘happiness’, ‘delight’ or ‘blessed’ and this retreat will focus on where we can find more joy in this life and where our blessings can be found!

Our venue for this retreat is the beautiful Trigonos and this will be our eigth visit there, which shows how much we love it! Under a 2 hour drive from the Cheshire/Shropshire area, spend your weekend enjoying breath-taking views of the mountain range, surrounded by the beautiful lake of Nantelle. It truly is a retreat from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life.

Your stay will include two nights in cosy ensuite accommodation, nourishing food, yoga and movement practices suitable for all, sound healing sessions, yogic sleep, meditation and more!

Prices start at £390 per person for a double room, £420 per person for a twin room or £445 for a single room. You can secure your spot with a £100 non-refundable deposit.
